Chicken Pomodoro with Tomato Basil Garlic
Ingredients:
- 2 tsp (10mL) olive oil
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 4 Oz. (115g) fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 can (14.5 ounces) tomatoes, no salt added
- 4 tsp (20mL) Mrs. Dash® Tomato Basil Garlic Seasoning Blend
- 1 tsp (5mL) Mrs. Dash® Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend
- 3 cups (720mL)cooked pasta
Directions:
- Heat oil and brown chicken over medium heat, about 10 minutes, turning once.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes.
- Serve over pasta.

Super easy to make, very delicious! I served it over four-color whole grain/veggie pasta and my family loved it...even my young kids gobbled it up. Great for low-sodium dieters. Mmmmm
