Mediterranean Chicken
Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp. (30mL) Mrs. Dash® Tomato Basil Garlic Seasoning Blend
- 3 Tbsp. (45mL) low-fat plain yogurt
- 2 tsp (10mL) olive oil
- 4 4 Oz. (115g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Directions:
- Combine Mrs. Dash® Tomato Basil Garlic, yogurt, and olive oil in bowl.
- Lightly score chicken breasts and place in bowl with yogurt mixture, coat well, cover, and refrigerate for at least an hour.
- Grill chicken breasts on medium hot barbeque for 5 minutes on each side, or until skewer inserted comes out clean. Serve hot.

This is one of my favorite chicken recipies. It is very healthy...perfect for a weight watchers diet!
