Mediterranean Chicken

Ingredients:
  • 2 Tbsp. (30mL) Mrs. Dash® Tomato Basil Garlic Seasoning Blend
  • 3 Tbsp. (45mL) low-fat plain yogurt
  • 2 tsp (10mL) olive oil
  • 4 4 Oz. (115g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Directions:
  1. Combine Mrs. Dash® Tomato Basil Garlic, yogurt, and olive oil in bowl.
  2. Lightly score chicken breasts and place in bowl with yogurt mixture, coat well, cover, and refrigerate for at least an hour.
  3. Grill chicken breasts on medium hot barbeque for 5 minutes on each side, or until skewer inserted comes out clean. Serve hot.
