Ingredients:
  • 2 Tbsp. (30mL) Mrs. Dash® Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend
  • 1 Tbsp. (15mL) Mrs. Dash® Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend
  • 1 lb (454g) ground turkey
  • 1 cup (240mL) fresh bread crumbs
  • 1 large egg, beaten lightly
  • 4 Tbsp. (60mL) onion, minced
  • cooking spray
Directions:
  1. In a bowl, stir together all ingredients.
  2. Form into 4 patties.
  3. Preheat barbecue to medium high.
  4. Spray patties with cooking spray.
  5. Place patties on grill and cook 5 to 6 minutes per side.
  6. Serve with sweet onion slices, tomato slices and cucumber slices on toasted hamburger buns, if desired.

This is a VERY tasty recipe, I was skeptical but I tried it and am VERY impressed! This tastes great, will Definitely be making this again!
