Chicken Sate with Peach Dipping Sauce

Ingredients:
  • 1 Tbsp. (15mL) Mrs. Dash® Chicken Grilling Blend?
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. (22.5mL) olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. (15mL) low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup (60mL) apple juice
  • 1 lb (454g) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 4 canned peach halves, drained
  • 2 Tbsp. (30mL) honey
  • 2 Tbsp. (30mL) lime juice
Directions:
  1. Mix olive oil, soy sauce and apple juice in small bowl, add Mrs. Dash® Chicken Grilling Blend?. Mix well.
  2. Cut chicken into long strips. Place in glass bowl and add marinade. Cover and refrigerate for up to 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Thread chicken on 8 inch (20cm) wooden or metal skewers.Broil or grill 4 to 6 minutes turning during cooking and basting with extra marinade.
  4. To make sauce, add all remaining ingredients to blender or food processor and pulse off and on until mixture is almost smooth.Place dipping sauce in bowl and serve.
