Ingredients:
  • 1 Tbsp. (15mL) Mrs. Dash® Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend
  • 1 tsp (5mL) Mrs. Dash® Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend
  • 1/3 cup (80mL) 1% low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup (60mL) feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 Tbsp. (15mL) green onions, thinly sliced
  • 16 cherry tomatoes
Directions:
  1. Cut thin slice off bottom of each tomato.
  2. Scoop out pulp with small end of melon baller, discard pulp.
  3. Invert tomatoes on paper towels to drain.
  4. Combine cottage cheese, feta cheese, green onion, and Mrs. Dash® seasonings in a small bowl.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Spoon into tomatoes.
  7. Display on a bed of lettuce.
  8. Can be made ahead and refrigerated for up to 8 hours.
