Steak and Mushroom Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 Tbsp. (15mL) olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. (15mL) white wine vinegar
- 2 tsp. (10mL) Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. (5mL) Worcestershire sauce
- 12 oz. (360g) boneless sirloin steak (2? thick), well trimmed
- 2 Tbsp. (30mL) Mrs. Dash® Steak Grilling Blend?
- 8 oz. (225g) fresh mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
- 1/2 cup (120mL) green onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup (60mL) fresh parsley, minced
- 1 cup (150mL) cherry tomatoes, sliced
Directions:
- Whisk together olive oil, white wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce, set aside.
- Season both sides of steak with Mrs. Dash® Steak Grilling Blend?. Cook steak on preheated grill until medium rare or desired doneness is reached, about 4-5 minutes per side. Slice into 1/4? thick slices.
- Place mushrooms, green onions and fresh parsley in large bowl.
- Add steak to mushroom mixture and toss with dressing. Garnish with cherry tomatoes and serve immediately.
