Grecian Dip Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 tsp (20mL) Mrs. Dash® Tomato Basil Garlic Seasoning Blend
- 1 1/2 tsp (7.5mL) Mrs. Dash® Steak Grilling Blend™
- 2 cups (480mL) plain lowfat yogurt
- 1 cup (240mL) tomatoes, diced, squeezed dry
- 1/2 cup (120mL) red onion, minced
- 1/4 cup (60mL) black olives, minced
- 1/3 cup (80mL) feta cheese, crumbled
Directions:
- Line a sieve with paper towel, pour yogurt into paper, drain 1 hour, discard liquid.
- Mix yogurt with remaining ingredients and combine well. Serve with vegetables and/or pita bread.

I have recently had to cut down on the sodium in my diet. I even used low fat feta to make it low fat as well as low sodium and it was still great! I received many compliments.
