Chicken Kabobs Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp.(30mL)/1 capful Mrs. Dash® Chicken Grilling Blend™
- 1 lb (500g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch (2.5cm) cubes
- 8 1" (2.5cm) pineapple cubes
- 1/2 green bell pepper, cut into 1 inch (2.5cm) cubes
- 1/2 red bell pepper, cut into 1 inch (2.5cm) cubes
- 1/2 small red onion, cut into wedges
- 1 Tbsp. (15mL) Filippo Berio® Olive Oil
Directions:
- Thread pineapple chunks, chicken, peppers and onions onto skewers. Continue until you have four kabobs.
- Preheat grill to medium high. Brush kabobs with Filippo Berio® Olive Oil. Sprinkle with Mrs. Dash® Grilling Blend™.
- Grill kabobs until chicken is no longer pink, 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally.

My husband loved these chicken kabobs! I used pineapple, red & green peppers, red onion, cherry tomatoes, and baby portabella's. Delicious!!

Deleted pineapple, used red and green peppers, red onoin, portabella mushrooms, roma tomatoes, and chicken. Baste with garlic flavored olive oil and sprinkle on the Chicken Grilling Blend
