Chicken and Veggie Kabobs

Ingredients:
  • 1 lb (454g) boneless, skinless, chicken breast, cut into 1 inch (2.5cm) cubes
  • ¾ cup (180mL) Mrs. Dash® Lemon Herb Peppercorn 10-Minute Marinade
  • 12 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 small zucchini, cut into 12 1/2 inch (1.5cm) pieces
  • 2 medium red onions, cut into eighths
  • 4 long skewers
Directions:
  1. Marinade chicken cubes in Mrs. Dash® Lemon Herb Peppercorn 10-Minute Marinade for 10 minutes.
  2. Thread skewers with chicken and alternate with vegetables.
  3. Preheat grill to medium high and grill kabobs for 3 minutes, turn and grill for another 3 minutes or until done. For extra flavor, brush kabobs with more marinade.
