Chicken and Veggie Kabobs Recipe
Ingredients:
- ¾ cup (180mL) Mrs. Dash® Lemon Herb Peppercorn Marinade
- 1 lb (454g) boneless, skinless, chicken breast, cut into 1 inch (2.5cm) cubes
- 12 cherry tomatoes
- 2 small zucchini, cut into 12 1/2 inch (1.5cm) pieces
- 2 medium red onions, cut into eighths
- 4 long skewers
Directions:
- Marinate chicken cubes in Mrs. Dash® Lemon Herb Peppercorn Marinade for 10 minutes.
- Thread skewers with chicken and alternate with vegetables.
- Preheat grill to medium high and grill kabobs for 3 minutes, turn and grill for another 3 minutes or until done. For extra flavor, brush kabobs with more marinade.
