Southwestern Chipotle 10-minute Marinade

A new twist on an old-time favorite, this classic party dip is made with NEW Mrs. Dash® Southwestern Chipotle 10-Minute Marinade for added kick.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pkg.(250g) low-fat cream cheese
  • ¼ cup (60mL) light mayonnaise
  • 3 1/2 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash® Southwestern Chipotle 10-Minute Marinade
  • 1 (6 oz) (168mL) jar artichoke hearts, drained, rinsed and chopped
  • 1/2 cup (120mL) low-fat mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
Directions:
  1. Place cream cheese, mayonnaise and Mrs. Dash® Southwestern Chipotle 10-Minute Marinade in food processor and process until smooth.
  2. Fold in artichokes, cheese, onion. Pour into a 2 cup (500mL) baking dish. (Can be made one day ahead).
  3. Bake for 15-20 minutes in a 400°F (200°C)preheated oven, or until hot and bubbly. Serve hot with pita chips or tortilla chips.
