Spicy Chicken Salad Sandwiches Recipe
Deliciously simple yet flavor-full chicken salad with Mrs. Dash® Southwest Chipotle Seasoning Blend will make your taste buds pop. Served on whole grain bread, you’re getting 13 grams of fiber.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. (454g) cooked chicken, diced
- ¼ cup (60mL) red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup (120mL) fat-free or light mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. (15mL) Mrs. Dash® Southwest Chipotle Seasoning Blend
- 12 slices whole grain bread
Directions:
- Combine chicken, red onion, mayonnaise and Mrs. Dash® Southwest Chipotle Seasoning Blend in a medium bowl.
- Assemble sandwiches by dividing the mixture into six. Spread 6 slices of bread with chicken mixture. Cut sandwiches into halves, serve.
