Bookmark and Share Crab Salad Recipe

Ten minutes is all it takes to make this light, low-fat summer salad. Crunchy vegetables and Mrs. Dash® Lemon Herb Peppercorn Marinade makes this creamy salad satisfying enough for a light summer entrée or picnic lunch.
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 lb. (225g) pkg. imitation crab, cut into chunks
  • 1 yellow pepper, seeded and diced
  • 1/2 cup (120mL) celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup (120mL) red radishes, sliced thinly
  • 1/4 cup (60mL) fat free mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup (60mL) Mrs. Dash® Lemon Herb Peppercorn 10-Minute Marinade
  • 2 cups (480mL) lettuce, torn
Directions:
  1. Combine crab, yellow pepper, celery and radishes.
  2. Mix mayonnaise and Mrs. Dash® Lemon Herb Peppercorn 10-Minute Marinade in small bowl.
  3. Pour dressing over crab mixture and toss gently.
  4. Place 1/2 cup (120mL) lettuce on 4 individual plates, spoon 1/4 of the crab mixture on top of each plate and serve.
