Crab Salad
Ingredients:
- 1/2 lb. (225g) pkg. imitation crab, cut into chunks
- 1 yellow pepper, seeded and diced
- 1/2 cup (120mL) celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup (120mL) red radishes, sliced thinly
- 1/4 cup (60mL) fat free mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup (60mL) Mrs. Dash® Lemon Herb Peppercorn 10-Minute Marinade
- 2 cups (480mL) lettuce, torn
Directions:
- Combine crab, yellow pepper, celery and radishes.
- Mix mayonnaise and Mrs. Dash® Lemon Herb Peppercorn 10-Minute Marinade in small bowl.
- Pour dressing over crab mixture and toss gently.
- Place 1/2 cup (120mL) lettuce on 4 individual plates, spoon 1/4 of the crab mixture on top of each plate and serve.

yes i would i really love salad all kinds of them so that is why i would make it again and it was so easey to make
