Turkey with Roasted Vegetables Recipe
Start with roasted vegetables tossed in Mrs. Dash® Zesty Garlic Herb 10-Minute Marinade and served over hot turkey slices. Definitely company food - but everyday easy!
Ingredients:
- 1 Tbsp. (15mL) Mrs. Dash® Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend
- 1/4 cup (60mL) Mrs. Dash® Zesty Garlic Herb 10-Minute Marinade
- 2 medium zucchini, cut in 1 inch (2.54cm) rounds
- 2 medium red bell peppers, sliced in 1 inch (2.54cm) slices
- 2 cups (480mL) cleaned and sliced mushrooms
- Non stick cooking spray
- 2 cups (480mL) sliced cooked turkey breast, warmed in microwave
Directions:
- Spray zucchini, red pepper and mushrooms lightly with cooking spray, keeping each vegetable variety in a separate pile. Sprinkle all with Mrs. Dash® Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend.
- Place red bell peppers in an oven proof baking dish in a preheated 400º F (204ºC) oven, and roast for 10 minutes.
- Add zucchini and mushrooms to peppers, and continue to roast until soft and lightly browned (15-20 minutes).
- Remove vegetables from oven and toss with Mrs. Dash® Zesty Garlic Herb 10-Minute Marinade.
- Divide vegetables into four portions, and serve over warm turkey.

great change from ordinary vegtables,easy to prepare I enjoyed it and I would make it again.
