![]() Turkey Pot PieZesty Garlic Herb 10-minute Marinade |
Turkey Pot Pie Recipe
Combine leftover turkey, frozen mixed vegetables, and reduced sodium cream soup with Mrs. Dash® Zesty Garlic Herb 10-Minute Marinade in a frozen pie crust. Quick and easy to make for unexpected guests and busy week nights.
Ingredients:
- 1 prepared frozen pie crust, 9 inch diameter (22.5cm)
- Non stick cooking spray
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz) (305g) condensed reduced sodium cream of chicken soup
- 3/4 cup (180mL) fat free milk
- 1/4 cup (60mL) Mrs. Dash® Zesty Garlic Herb 10-Minute Marinade
- 1 Tbsp. (15mL) cornstarch
- 16 oz (453g) mixed frozen vegetables
- 2 cups (480mL) cooked diced turkey
Directions:
- Thaw pie crust according to directions on package.
- Spray pie pan with cooking spray.
- Whisk together soup, milk, Mrs. Dash® Zesty Garlic Herb 10-Minute Marinade and cornstarch in a medium sized bowl. Add thawed vegetables and cooked turkey. Spoon mixture into pie pan. Top with crust, pressing crust onto edges of pie plate. Cut slits in several places on crust.
- Bake 40 minutes in a preheated 350º (180ºC) oven. Let stand five minutes before serving.
