These simple yet tasty appetizers look beautiful on the buffet table, but they’ll be gone in no time. Cream cheese seasoned with Mrs. Dash® Lemon Herb Peppercorn 10-Minute Marinade and spread onto sliced roasted red peppers creates a tasty nugget of flavor.
Ingredients:
  • 3 Tbsp. (45mL) Mrs. Dash® Lemon Herb Peppercorn 10-Minute Marinade
  • 3 Tbsp. (45mL) Mrs. Dash® Lemon Herb Seasoning Blend
  • 1 (8oz) (226g) package reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 8 roasted red peppers (jarred in water) cut into 1” (2.54cm) strips
Directions:
  1. Combine Mrs. Dash® Lemon Herb Peppercorn 10-Minute Marinade, Mrs. Dash® Lemon Herb Seasoning Blend, and reduced-fat cream cheese.
  2. Spread each pepper with a generous 1 Tbsp. (15mL) of cream cheese mixture, and roll up into a pinwheel. Secure with toothpick.
