Lemon Herb Peppercorn 10-minute Marinade

Mrs. Dash® Lemon Herb Peppercorn 10-Minute Marinade and tomato soup simmer together for a savory sauce to top leftover turkey. You've created a warm and delicious weekend lunch or dinner.
Ingredients:
  • 8 oz (225g) rotini pasta
  • 2 cups (480g) cooked turkey breast, cut in one inch slices
  • 2 cups (480mL) frozen green peas with pearl onions, thawed and drained
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) (406mL) reduced sodium chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup (120mL) Mrs. Dash® Lemon Herb Peppercorn 10-Minute Marinade
  • 1/2 cup (120mL) reduced sodium condensed cream of tomato soup
  • *1/4 cup (60mL) grated Parmesan cheese (*optional)
Directions:
  1. Cook rotini pasta according to directions on package, drain well.
  2. Sauté turkey breast and green peas with pearl onions in chicken stock until warm. Remove turkey and green peas from stock, set aside. Discard remaining chicken stock.
  3. Whisk together Mrs. Dash® Lemon Herb Peppercorn 10-Minute Marinade and tomato soup in a small saucepan to make sauce. Heat until simmering.
  4. Divide turkey breast and peas and onions in four equal portions, top with lemon tomato sauce, and serve over pasta. Top with Parmesan cheese if desired.
