Cajun Kabobs Recipe
Ingredients:
- 8 skewers
- 12 oz boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/2 cup Mrs. Dash® Zesty Garlic Herb 10-Minute Marinade
- 4 oz andouille sausage, sliced into 16 thin slices
- 1 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash® Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend
Directions:
- Heat a grill. Soak skewers in water to prevent charring.
- Place cubed chicken in resealable bag; pour in Mrs. Dash® Zesty Garlic Herb 10-mInute Marinade. Let marinate 10 minutes in refrigerator.
- Alternately thread chicken and two slices of andouille onto each skewer. Place on a flat platter. Season each kabob with Mrs. Dash® Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend.
- Grill over high heat, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking, about 4-5 minutes.
