Mesquite Grill 10-minute Marinade

Ingredients:
  • 3/4 (180mL) cup egg substitute, beaten
  • 1/4 cup (60mL) light margarine, melted
  • 1/2 cup (120mL) Mrs. Dash® Mesquite Grille 10-Minute Marinade
  • 1 (16 oz) (454g) package frozen corn
  • 1 cup (240mL) of jarred low fat cheese & salsa dip
  • 1/2 cup (120g) green peppers, diced
  • 1 (8.5 ounce) (240g) package corn muffin mix
  • Non stick cooking spray
Directions:
  1. Combine egg substitute, margarine, Mrs. Dash® Mesquite Grille 10-Minute Marinade, corn, cheese dip and peppers. Add corn muffin mix and stir until blended.
  2. Pour mixture into 1 1/2 quart casserole dish sprayed with non stick cooking spray and place in preheated 375°(191°C) oven for 1 hour.
