Mesquite Cornbread Souffle Recipe
Ingredients:
- 3/4 (180mL) cup egg substitute, beaten
- 1/4 cup (60mL) light margarine, melted
- 1/2 cup (120mL) Mrs. Dash® Mesquite Grille 10-Minute Marinade
- 1 (16 oz) (454g) package frozen corn
- 1 cup (240mL) of jarred low fat cheese & salsa dip
- 1/2 cup (120g) green peppers, diced
- 1 (8.5 ounce) (240g) package corn muffin mix
- Non stick cooking spray
Directions:
- Combine egg substitute, margarine, Mrs. Dash® Mesquite Grille 10-Minute Marinade, corn, cheese dip and peppers. Add corn muffin mix and stir until blended.
- Pour mixture into 1 1/2 quart casserole dish sprayed with non stick cooking spray and place in preheated 375°(191°C) oven for 1 hour.
