Tangy Chicken Wings
Ingredients:
- 12 chicken wing drumettes (about 1-1/2 lb.) If drumettes are not available, purchase 6 chicken whole wings, disjoint them and discard the wing tips leaving 12 pieces.
- 3/4 cup (180mL) Mrs. Dash® Mesquite Grill 10-Minute Marinade, divided
- 1/2 cup (120mL) plain dry breadcrumbs
- Cooking spray
- 1 Tbsp. (15mL) Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. (15mL) honey
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 450°F. In a medium bowl, marinate chicken wings in 1/2 cup of Mrs. Dash® Mesquite Grill 10-Minute Marinade.
- Drain wings and discard marinade. Dip wings into bread crumbs to coat lightly. Transfer to a baking sheet. Spray lightly with cooking spray. Bake for 18 minutes or until crumbs are golden brown and wings are cooked through.
- For dipping sauce, combine remaining Mrs. Dash® Mesquite Grill 10-Minute 10-Minute Marinade, Dijon mustard and honey. Serve wings warm or at room temperature with dipping sauce.
