Drain and rinse black beans and set aside. Add butter to a large skillet and heat to medium. Add onion, pepper, tomato and cook until tender, about 8 minutes, stirring often. Add beans and mash lightly with the back of a spoon. Stir in Mrs. Dash® Garlic and Herb Seasoning Blend, rice and chicken broth, combine well. Bring to boil, reduce heat to simmer, cover, cook 6-8 minutes or until rice is tender. Stir again and serve hot.
