Asian Grilled Chicken

There is more to grilling than the perfect flame. For this Asian-inspired chicken dish, Mrs. Dash® Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend provides the ying to the yang of fresh minced ginger.

  1. Soak bamboo skewers in enough water to cover.
  2. Preheat grill to medium high.
  3. Cut chicken into strips.
  4. In large, shallow dish, mix Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend, Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil and rice vinegar.
  5. Add chicken strips to mixture and marinate for 30 minutes.
  6. Thread the bamboo skewers with the chicken strips, dividing the chicken evenly.
  7. Place skewers on grill and cook for 5 minutes, turn, brush remaining marinade over the chicken, cook for 5 minutes longer. Discard any unused marinade.
  8. Serve immediately.
