Baked Tilapia With Garlic and Herb Oil

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp. Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • ½ c. Spanish onions, chopped into 1/4-inch pieces
  • 8 oz. frozen spinach, chopped, drained and patted dry
  • 4 6-oz. tilapia fillets

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Rub tilapia fillets with 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil.
  3. Toss remaining olive oil with spinach and onion in separate bowl.
  4. Sprinkle Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend evenly on each fillet.
  5. Lay spinach and onion mixture in 4 lines on a baking sheet.
  6. Top each with a tilapia fillet.
  7. Bake 5 to 7 minutes depending on fillet thickness.
