Buffalo Potato Wedges Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tbsp Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend
- or 1 tbsp Original Blend
- 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 tbsp unsalted margarine
- 2 lb potatoes (about 4)
- 1 cup light sour cream
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Scrub potatoes and pat dry.
- Cut each potato lengthwise to make eight wedges.
- Coat all sides of the potato wedges with melted margarine and then with desired seasoning.
- Arrange potato wedges on a baking pan in such a way that a trough is formed between two wedges. Top each pair of wedges with cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake 20 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake another 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- To prepare cream sauce, combine sour cream and desired flavor of seasoning blend in a small bowl and mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
