Scrumptious mushroom caps are filled to the brim with chopped chicken, clams, parsley and breadcrumbs. This Mrs. Dash® recipe is a perfect appetizer for your next get-together.

  1. Remove stems from mushrooms and dice.
  2. Spray tops of mushrooms with olive oil spray and place on cookie sheet.
  3. Pat clams dry.
  4. Melt butter in skillet. Add mushroom stems and Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend and sauté over medium heat until tender.
  5. Add clams, breadcrumbs, parsley and approximately 1 tablespoon water to moisten.
  6. Preheat broiler.
  7. Fill mushroom caps with clam mixture, sprinkle with Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend, place under preheated broiler and cook 6 inches from broiler for 8 minutes or until browned and hot, being careful not to burn.
  8. Serve immediately.
