Ingredients

  • 8 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup low fat milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp Everything But the Salt
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 avocado, pitted and diced
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 1/4 cup crumbled turkey bacon
  • Chives for serving

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl whisk together eggs, milk, and Dash™ EBTS seasoning.
    Carefully fold in chicken, tomatoes, avocado, blue cheese, and turkey
    bacon.
  3. Spray a 9-inch pie pan with cooking spray. Pour egg mixture into the pie
    pan and transfer to pre-heated oven. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until a
    toothpick inserted comes out clean. The frittata will rise while baking, but
    will settle back once cooled.
  4. Allow to cool slightly before slicing. Slice and top with fresh chives.
