Seasoned breadcrumbs make veggies simply irresistible. Lemon juice, Mrs. Dash® Original Blend and dry mustard create a complementary flavor for your favorite vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 1 small zucchini, sliced
  • ¼ c. chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp. finely snipped parsley
  • 3 tbsp. unsalted butter
  • ½ tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 c. soft breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. Original Blend
  • ½ lb. small broccoli flowerets
  • ½ lb. small cauliflower flowerets

Directions

  1. Steam or microwave vegetables until tender.
  2. Sprinkle vegetables with Original Blend.
  3. Melt butter in skillet and add onion.
  4. Cook until tender.
  5. Stir in breadcrumbs and mustard.
  6. Heat and stir until crumbs are lightly browned.
  7. Stir in parsley and lemon juice.
  8. Place vegetables in oblong dish.
  9. Top with crumb mixture.
