Pick summer's finest fresh tomatoes and slice thickly or into wedges. Gently toss with olive oil and Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend for a simply delicious side to a hearty entree.

  1. Heat broiler.
  2. Toss tomatoes with olive oil and Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend.
  3. Broil 5 minutes, four inches from broiler, shaking pan after 3 minutes.
  4. Plate as single appetizer or as garnish for meat, fish, poultry or pasta.
