Lemon Pepper Chicken

Mrs. Dash® Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend will help bring life to traditional chicken breasts. Serve with a variety of veggies to complete this delicious entree.

Ingredients

  • 1 c. sliced mushrooms
  • 1 c. low-sodium chicken broth
  • ½ c. white wine
  • 2 c. chopped cooked chicken breast
  • 2 tsp. minced garlic
  • ½ c. julienned baby carrots
  • 3 c. cooked and drained No Yolks®
  • 1 tbsp. Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

Directions

  1. Heat olive oil in large nonstick skillet.
  2. Add garlic and cook 2 minutes.
  3. Add wine, broth, seasoning and lemon juice; stir to combine.
  4. Add carrots; cook 3 minutes.
  5. Add mushrooms; cook 2 minutes.
  6. Add chicken, peas and onions, heating just until warm.
  7. Toss in No Yolks.
  8. Top with parsley.
