Mediterranean Tuna Salad

Build a better tuna salad by leaving out the high-fat mayo and using the flavors of fresh vegetables and Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend. Get a meal packed with protein and omega-3 fats on the table in 10 minutes by using convenient canned tuna.

Ingredients

  • 2 small tomatoes, sliced
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 12 oz. can water-packed white (albacore) tuna, drained
  • 2 tsp. Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend
  • 4 c. salad greens
  • 13 c. chopped red bell pepper
  • 2 tbsp. sliced black olives

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except salad greens and tomatoes in large bowl; mix well.
  2. Serve over salad greens surrounded by tomatoes.
