  • 1 tbsp. minced onion
  • 2 tbsp. chopped red pepper
  • 2 tsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. Original Blend
  • 2 large eggs


  1. Add 2 teaspoons butter to small nonstick skillet.
  2. Sauté 2 tablespoons chopped red pepper and 1 tablespoon minced onion.
  3. Beat two large eggs with 1 teaspoon Original Blend.
  4. Pour mixture into skillet and cook, stirring lightly until set.
