  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Spray 8-inch square baking dish with vegetable cooking spray.
  3. Place carrots in a single layer in dish.
  4. Add lime juice and water.
  5. Combine brown sugar and Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend; mix well and drizzle on carrots.
  6. Bake, covered, 20 minutes or until tender.
  7. Turn carrots to coat all sides.
  8. Continue baking an additional 5 to 10 minutes, uncovered, until soft, glazed, shiny and slightly brown.
  9. Serve with fresh lime wedges, if desired.
