Savory Mushroom Rice

Ingredients

  • ½ lb. chopped mushrooms
  • 2 c. low-sodium chicken broth
  • 4 chopped green onions
  • 1 tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 1 c. brown rice
  • 1 tbsp. Table Blend

Directions

  1. In a medium-sized saucepan, melt butter, add onions and cook for a few minutes.
  2. Add mushrooms.
  3. Stir in Table Blend and rice until well mixed.
  4. Add stock, bring to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes or until rice is tender.
