Low in calories and high in taste, the Tangy Yogurt Tilapia recipe is a quick and healthy dinner option. Mix together the chopped onion, Fiesta Lime Seasoning Blend and low-fat yogurt to give some zip to the mild tilapia fillets.

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp. Fiesta Lime Seasoning Blend
  • 4 6-oz. tilapia fillets
  • 4 tbsp. red onions, cut thinly into 1/4 inch slices
  • 2 tbsp. low-fat yogurt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Dry each tilapia fillet.
  3. Toss onions with Fiesta Lime Seasoning Blend and low-fat yogurt.
  4. Lay tilapia fillets separately on a 9- x 9-inch sheet pan.
  5. Top evenly with onion mix.
  6. Broil 5 inches from the broiler 5 to 7 minutes depending on thickness of fillets.
